PURPOSE: A piezoelectric pressure sensor for measuring a roller and method of manufacturing the same is provided to precisely sense pressure difference between an upper roll and a lower roll or abrasion or partial abrasion using change in piezoelectric resistance corresponding to contact areas(NIP) at the specific parts of the upper and lower rolls.;CONSTITUTION: For a conductive pad(21), a conductive layer(21b) is formed on one surface of an insulating film(21a). For a resistive pad(22), a specific pattern of a protective film(22b) is formed on one surface of an insulating film(22a). A resistive layer(22c) is formed between the protective layers.
