PURPOSE: A method for producing a single crystal composed of a silicon using molten granules is provided to generate a passage opening when a second volume of melting silicon does not exist or is lower than twice size of a first volume of melting silicon.;CONSTITUTION: In a method for producing a single crystal composed of a silicon using molten granules, a first volume of melting silicon is formed between the bottom of a conical tube(1) and a monocrystal and the bottom of the conical tube is closed. A first volume of melting silicon is formed by a first induction heating coil(2) which is arranged in a rotary plate. A second volume of melting silicon is generated by a second induction heating coil(7) which is arranged on the top of rotary plate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
