THE DIET LAVER WHICH USES THE SLANDER GLASSWORT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: Diet laver using salicornia herbacea, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to easily intake various nutrients in the salicornia herbacea. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of diet laver using salicornia herbacea including salicornia herbacea powder, salt, sesame seed oil, corn oil, and blew-in laver comprises the following steps: selecting the high quality salicornia herbacea, and washing and rapidly drying the salicornia herbacea before crushing; removing the moisture from the laver using a blowing-in device; mixing the salicornia herbacea powder with the sa firstly roasting the blew-in laver at 280~300deg C; secondly roasting the blew-in laver at 210~240deg C; spraying the mixture of the sesame seed oil and the corn oil to the roasted laver, and spraying the mixture of the salicornia herbacea powder with the sa and packing the obtained laver.
