Seasoned laver using vegetable oil containing slander glasswort and olive oil and a preparation method thereof are provided to improve taste and flavor as well as functionality. A method for preparing seasoned laver comprises the following steps of: drying slander glasswort and finely grinding it; heating oil up to 180 ~ 220 °C and adding finely ground slander glasswort at 150 ~180 °C to prepare slander glasswort-containing oil; and spreading the slander glasswort-containing oil and slander glasswort salt on dried laver and inputting it into a laver roaster. The oil is selected among green perilla, sesame, soybean, sunflower, coleseed and safflower seed. A mixing ratio of the finely ground slander glasswort and the oil is 1:5 or 1:10 by weight. The slander glasswort salt contains slander glasswort powder and salt in a ratio of 1:10 or 1:15. The oil contains 30-45wt% of slander glasswort-containing oil, 40-50wt% of corn oil and 5-20wt% of olive oil. The laver roasting temperature is 325-330 °C, 375-385 °C and 390-400 °C in sequential order.
