PURPOSE: A pneumatic tire having pre-assembly single semi-product is provided to reinforce the rubber volume of the bead lower portion by freely changing the thickness of the rim flange extension in the specific range.;CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic tire having pre-assembly single semi-product comprises a body ply(400). The body ply comprises a first body ply(410), and a second body ply(420). The pre-assembly single semi-product comprises an inner liner(100), a side assembly(200), and a ply strip(300). The side assembly comprises a rim flange(210), a black side(220), and a base strip(230). The rim flange has an extension portion(211) surrounding the bead portion of the tire.
