PURPOSE: A centrifugal casting method and a centrifugal casting device for an aluminum rotator are provided to fill lower and upper molds with molten metal by stabilizing the molten metal.;CONSTITUTION: A centrifugal casting device for an aluminum rotator comprises a lower mold(10), a rotator(20), and an upper mold(30). The lower mold is fixed to the top of a turntable(T). A shaft hole(21) is formed in the center of the rotator. A core composed of a silicon steel plate is loaded on the rotator. The upper mold is placed on the top of the rotator. A sprue(31) is formed in the center of the upper mold. Molten aluminum is injected into the upper mold through the sprue.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
