PURPOSE: English Newspapers and Journals educate service providing system using electronic pen and Journalistic English structure of education to allow the tendency easily to study English using electronic pen, work sheet, English newspaper. ;CONSTITUTION: the data that the learner (100) of electronic pen creates one or more write-ins write identification by the learner of learner and are located at dot pattern worksheet (102). Electronic pen exports learner control the corrector of the data and one or more audio datas about one or more write-in.
