PURPOSE: A device and method for extracting light and texture and rendering device using the light and texture are provided to generate or synchronize various 3D images.;CONSTITUTION: A separate unit(110) divides an input image into a direct reflection image and a dispersion reflection image. A light information extracting unit(120) extracts light information of an input image from topology data of the separated dispersion reflect image and input image. A texture information extracting unit(130) extracts texture information of the input image from topology data of the separated dispersion reflect image and input image. A light direction determining unit(121) converts the separated direct reflect image as a binary map.
