PURPOSE: A transparent display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a light emitting property by including metal nano particles in a corresponding transparent fluorescent material layer.;CONSTITUTION: A transparent dielectric layer(330) is formed in the upper part of a transparent substrate. A transparent fluorescent material layer(350) includes metal nano particles with a surface plasmon wavelength area. The transparent fluorescent material layer is formed in the upper part the transparent dielectric layer. Metal nano particles(356-358) are formed between the transparent dielectric layer and the transparent fluorescent material layer.
