PURPOSE: A sludge drying device and a system including the same are reduce bad smell from the water separated from sludge by using a deodorizing and cooling part of a deodorizing and cooling tower.;CONSTITUTION: A sludge drying device comprises a chamber(110), a stirring part(120), a heating plate(130), and a deodorizing part(140). The sludge flows in the inside of the chamber. The inflow of the external air into the chamber is blocked. The stirring part mixes the sludge in the inside of the chamber. The heating plate is attached to the outside lower of the chamber. The heating plate directly heats the chamber and dries the sludge flowing in the chamber. The deodorizing part is located on the top of the chamber. The steam, generated from the sludge, passes through the deodorizing part. A halogen high temperature lamp(141) for eliminating bad smell is installed to the deodorizing part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
