PURPOSE: An air supply and exhaust apparatus is provided to selectively use the exhaustion of indoor air and the supply of external air as a single apparatus.;CONSTITUTION: An air supply and exhaust apparatus comprises a cylindrical body(10), a foldable pipe(40), a fan fixture(50) and a fan(60). The cylindrical body discharges the indoor air and supplies the outside air. The cylindrical body is installed through the indoor space and outdoor space. The foldable pipe is coupled in the lower of the body. The length of the foldable pipe is controlled. The fan fixture is fixed to the lower of the foldable pipe.
