PURPOSE: An in-line skate is provided to make a plurality of wheels move up and down when running on a hill or an uneven road.;CONSTITUTION: An in-line skate is installed in the bottom of a shoe part(110) and includes a frame where a plurality of wheels are installed in order to move upward and downward. The frame is made of an elastic material. The frame includes a first frame(220) and a second frame(240). The first frame is installed to the bottom of the shoe part. The second frame is installed to rotate up and down against the first frame and is equipped with a plurality of wheels. The second frame independently rotates in the first frame.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
