PURPOSE: A durable polyoxymethylene composition is provided to reduce the energy necessary for loading/unloading by satisfying micro abrasion resistance and to decrease the amount of pieces generated when a suspension arm rubs the surface of the lamp of a lift feature.;CONSTITUTION: A durable polyoxymethylene composition comprises 90.5-92.5 weight% of a polyoxymethylene copolymer including 3.3 weight% of 1,3-dioxolan as a comonomer, 0.5-3.0 weight% of inorganic filler, 3.0-10.0 weight% of lubricants, 1.0-3.0 weight% of nucleating agents, 0.5-1.0 weight% of stabilizers, and 0.5-2.0 weight% of antistatic agents. The durable polyoxymethylene composition has at least one of micro abrasion loss less than 1μm maximum abrasion depth or micro abrasion loss less than 10μm^2 micro abrasion area under 2.5g load after 600,000 times reciprocation in the conditions of a speed of 8 inch/second, a neighboring humidity of 13%-17% RH, and a neighboring temperature of 3°C-10°C.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
