PURPOSE: A producing method of hulled tartary buckwheat powder tea is provided to use a tartary buckwheat peeling powder obtained from a peeling process of tartary buckwheat.;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of hulled tartary buckwheat powder tea comprises the following steps: peeling tartary buckwheat; heating and sterilizing the obtained peeling powder; compress-molding the powder at 100-170 deg C for 30-180 seconds for granulating; and roasting the obtained granules at 150-250 deg C for 10-60 seconds. 85-95wt% of peeling powder contains 5-15wt% of more than one powder selected from brown rice powder, barley powder, cacao powder, corn powder, pumpkin powder, sweet potato powder, rye powder, or oat powder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
