BIODEGRADABLE PHOTOACTIVE MATERIAL CONTAINED COMPOSITE-BASED SELF-ASSEMBLED NANOPARTICLES AND A PHOTOSENSITIZER CONTAINING THE SAME CAPABLE OF EFFICIENTLY TRANSFERRING BIODEGRADABLE PHOTOACTIVE MATERIALS TO CANCER CELLS
PURPOSE: Biodegradable photoactive material contained composite-based self-assembled nanoparticles and a photosensitizer containing the same are provided to obtain synergistic effect of the biodegradable photoactive material and heparin with respect to the suppression of cancers.;CONSTITUTION: Biodegradable photoactive material contained composite-based self-assembled nanoparticles are prepared. Biodegradable photoactive materials are contained in an amphipathic polymer which is represented by chemical formula 1. The biodegradable photoactive materials are one or more selected from a group including pheophorbide a, haematoporphyrin, bacteriochlorins, phthalocyanines, benzoporphyrin derivative, 5-aminolevulinic acid. The amphipathic polymer is obtained by applying the hydrophobic block of poly(beta-benzyl L-aspartate) as a phodrophobic group to the chain of heparin.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
