PURPOSE: A cooling and heating device of an electric car and cooling and a heating system of an electric car using the same are provided to prevent the decrease of a heating function in winter.;CONSTITUTION: A cooling and heating device of an electric car comprises an electric compressor(100), an air mix door(200), an air-conditioning control part(300), an external heat exchanger(400), an intermediate heat exchanger(500), a first expansion valve(600), a inner evaporator(700), a first by-pass valve(900), and an accumulator(800). The electric compressor compresses low temperature refrigerant and makes high temperature refrigerant. The air mix door controls air heated with the high temperature refrigerant and guides the air into the interior of a vehicle using the internal heat exchanger. The air-conditioning control part makes the high temperature refrigerant pass through in a cooling mode and converts the lower temperature refrigerant by expanding the refrigerant of high temperature in a heating mode. A first extension valve converts the high temperature refrigerant, which is transferred from the intermediate heat exchanger, to low temperature refrigerant in a cooling device operating mode. The inner evaporator generates cool air using the low temperature refrigerant. The first by-pass valve makes the low temperature refrigerant, which is transferred from the inner heat exchanger, pass through in both cooling and heating modes. The first by-pass valve blocks the low temperature refrigerant which is transferred from the intermediate heat exchanger.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
