PURPOSE: A system for determining the guarantee obligation about a car battery pack is provided to easily determine the guarantee obligation to an OEM by comparing an operation parameter related with a battery pack component with a predetermined threshold value.;CONSTITUTION: Operation parameter related to one or more component is extracted(158). It is determined whether the operation parameter is less than the threshold value or not(160). It is determined whether the car battery pack has deteriorated performance or not due to the component.
