Spherical alumina powder is collected in a cyclone(6). The specific surface area of the aluminum hydroxide powder is more than or equal to 0.3m^2/g and is less than or equal to 3m^2/g based on a nitrogen absorbing method. A ratio of an average diameter(D50) to a sphere converted diameter(Dbet)(D50/Dbet) is less than and equal to 10.
