CONDUCTIVE POLYANILINE DOPED WITH SULFONATED POLYPHENYLSILSESQUIOXANE WITH HIGH STABILITY AND EXCELLENT ELECTRICAL CONDUCTIVITY AND A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Conductive polyaniline is provided to ensure excellent thermal and atmospheric stability in doped and undoped forms while maintaining high conductivity.;CONSTITUTION: Conductive polyaniline is prepared by doping sulfonated polyphenylsilsesquioxane to polyaniline. The sulfonated polyphenylsilsesquioxane is prepared by sulfonating polyphenylsilsesquioxane represented by chemical formula 2. In chemical formula 2, n is an integer of 5-20000. The degree of sulfonation of the sulfonated polyphenylsilsesquioxane is 10-100 %. A method for manufacturing the conductive polyaniline comprises the steps of: melting polyaniline and sulfonated polyphenylsilsesquioxane in an organic solvent, stirring the solution, and drying the stirred material.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
