PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing the composite insulating material of hard urethane foam is provided to enhance flame retardant and water resistance of an insulating material if a polyolefin film is used as a cover material.;CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing the composite insulating material(1) of hard urethane foam is as follows. When the insulating plate of hard urethane foam is foamed and molded in a facility, a polyolefin film(3) or polyethylene foam is applied to both surfaces of the insulating plate. For a polyurethane layer(2) to be formed, polyurethane mixture is foamed to the bottom of the insulating plate and then the insulating plate is transferred to between the upper and lower conveyor belts of an oven, is molded and aged. And then, the molded composite insulating material is cut to a desired length.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
