An evaluation system and orders stagey process method of ship using theory of constraint are provided to present a new method for evaluating constraint resources and benefits by introducing TOC concept in the existing product combination evaluation method. A combination evaluation process/tool(20) performs a combination evaluation of a ship/marine product. A resource/integrated report(30) is outputted by inputting consumption data(10) of the essentiality resources which is generated according to the combination of the ship/marine product by using the combination evaluation process/tool. The resource/integrated report comprises the followings. A consumption report uses raw data extracted from a production planning system. A PE consumption and cumulative place demand quantity are predicted. A throughput report predicts a throughput and amount of sales.
