PURPOSE: Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CH86-1 strains and a manufacturing method for fermented soybeans using same are provided to improve bioavailability and biological activity and to efficiently use isoflavone components contained on soybeans. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CH86-1 strains includes the following steps: dipping soybeans in water for 18 ~ 20 hours; pressurizing and steaming the soybeans for 60 minutes in 121C; cooling the steamed soybeans to 50C; inoculating the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CH86-1 strains 2 ml to the cooled soybeans; and cultivating the soybeans in an incubator for 48 hours in 42C.
