METHOD FOR ANALYZING 11-NOR-DELTA 9-TETRAHYDROCANNABINOL-9-CARBOXYLIC ACID, CAPABLE OF SECURING SUFFICIENT ANALYZING SENSITIVITY BASED ON A DERIVATIZATION CHEMICAL REACTION
PURPOSE: A method for analyzing 11-nor-delta 9-tetrahydrocannabinol-9-carboxylic acid is provided to overcome an emulsion phenomenon and reduce the amount of a solvent required for an extracting process.;CONSTITUTION: A hair sample is introduced into a polypropylene tube containing stainless steel beads and is automatically fine-cut. The fine-cut sample is hydrolyzes using a strong basic solution. A solvent is added to the hydrolyzed sample. A liquid phase is extracted from the sample using beads. A super-rapid centrifugal process is implemented. The extracted solution is undergone a derivatization chemical reaction.
