CONSTITUTION: A branch tee device for cutting off fluid comprises a sleeve(23), first and second plugs(33,31), and a cover(25). The fluid, flowing through a supply tube, flows in a branch pipe(24) and a service pipe connecting unit(22) The first plug is detachably combined with an opening(24a) of one end of the branch pipe. O-rings(33b,31b) for sealing the fluid flow are installed in the first and second plug. The second plug is selectively combined in a sleeve. The cover covers the outer one end of the branch pipe.
