PURPOSE: Producing methods of fermented soybean paste containing seaweed, and fermented soybean paste powder containing the seaweed are provided to obtain the fermented soybean paste with the soft taste and flavor. CONSTITUTION: A Producing method of fermented soybean paste containing seaweed comprises the following steps: soaking soybeans for 1~2hours with water; inserting 50parts of soaked soybeans by weight, 2.5parts of brown seaweed by weight, 2.5parts of sea tangle by weight, 2.5parts of sea weed fusiforme by weight, 1.5parts of anchovy by weight, and 1.5parts of shrimp by weight with 100parts of water by weight, and heating for 0.54~1hour in 120~150deg C; secondly heating the mixture for 1.5~2hours in 80~100deg C, and finally heating for 1~1.5hours in 40~45deg C; fermenting for 80~90days with rice straw; and mixing with water and salt and aging for 50~60days.
