PURPOSE: An internal circulation air-cooled LED light projecting bar and an LED module are provided to solve a problem of damage to a component due to temperature increase by allowing external air to be circulated into an internal area. CONSTITUTION: In an internal circulation air-cooled LED light projecting bar and an LED module, a case(110) has a supporting part. A light emitting module(120) is accommodated into the case. A light emitting module comprises an emitting device. Cover members(160,170) are coupled with the light-emitting diode module(100). A side combining member is combined in the side of the case. The case is divided into a first internal space and a second internal space. The cover member comprises an external air circulation hole.
