PURPOSE: A method for preparing nano-catalyst using multi-bubble sound-luminescence and producing synthesis gas are provided to efficiently manufacture a high purity nano- catalyst without an toxic additional additive. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing nano-catalyst using multi-bubble sound-luminescence and producing synthesis gas is comprised of the steps: reacting metal oxides with each other while maintaining a reaction system including the metal oxide in the condition of generating multi-bubble sound-luminescence; and thermal-processing reactance under 500-1200C.
