PURPOSE: A Method for regularizing a rule of analyzing an execution result of a communication facility, and an apparatus for analyzing the execution results using the same are provided to analyze the state of each communication facility by supplying a function that performs a condition decision of the communication facility automatically. CONSTITUTION: An information extraction rule writing unit provides a delivery factor selection interface(S201), and a user selects one factor among plural transfer factors(S202). The configuration component selection interface is provided to the user(S203), and the user selects one among the configuration component(S204). The information extraction rule writing unit asks to a user whether the user will make a new information extraction rule(S207). The user writes a synthetic analysis rule through an analysis rule selection interface(S208).
