The present invention relates to a technique for increasing an open-circuit voltage (Voc) using an ionic liquid in an organic-inorganic solar cell such as polymer-titanium dioxide. More specifically, the present invention provides an embodiment in which the cations and anions constituting the ionic liquid form ionic double layers, respectively, to change the interfacial energy level between organic and inorganic layers and consequently increase the open circuit voltage. It relates to a battery and a method of manufacturing the same.
