PURPOSE: A switched reluctance motor having a structure for sensing the position of a rotor with static magnetic field is provided to minimize counter electromotive force by forming a shielding structure preventing a certain size of stationary magnetic field.;CONSTITUTION: In a switched reluctance motor having a structure for sensing the position of a rotor with static magnetic field, an encoder includes a stator fixed in a case(24), a rotor, a magnetic shielding unit, and a magnetic shielding passing part. A magnetic field generation unit(40) is fixed in the magnetic shielding unit of the encoder and the magnetic shielding passing part. A magnetic sensor(50) detects the magnetic field generated from the magnetic field generation unit when the magnetic shielding unit and the magnetic shielding passing part are passed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
