The present invention relates to a thin film of a composite oxide having a dense structure including a conductive oxide and a non-conductive oxide, a method for manufacturing the same, and a metal connector using the same. According to the present invention, a conductive powder and a non-conductive powder having a dense structure formed by an aerosol deposition method are disclosed. The thin film of composite oxide not only reduces the price of raw powder compared to the conventional powder coating process, but also reduces the formation of metal oxide layer due to high temperature due to the small change of microstructure during long-term heat treatment, thereby reducing the area of high temperature and long heat treatment. It is possible to manufacture a conductive substrate having excellent stability by maintaining electrical conductivity having a specific resistance of 10 mΩ · cm 2 or less.
