An apparatus for preventing a fall of an operator and an oil shipping facility including the same are disclosed. The fall prevention device of the disclosed worker is a safety belt having an operator's seatbelt, one end configured to be detachably attached to the seatbelt and the other end coupled to the oil shipping facility, and an electrical signal by contact with the safety device. It includes a safety sensor for generating, and a control unit for controlling the operation of the oil shipping equipment by the electrical signal generated by the safety sensor.
