The recombinant plasmid DNA alpha R1-13, intended to mark the 7th human chromosome, comprising: - EcoR1-EcoR1-pBR325 vector DNA fragment 5966 bp in size, - EcoR1-EcoR1-alfoidnoy DNA fragment of human lymphocytes, highly specific for centromeric regions of 7- th human chromosome, the size of 680 bp derived from restriction fragments EcoR1-alfoidnoy fraction of total human DNA when hybridized to chromosomes in situ in special conditions of high stringency with a standard saline solution with 55% formamide; genetic markers: Ampr - the ampicillin resistance gene.
