FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of inoculation mycelium of basidiomycetes, preparation of productive nutrient medium and inoculation of the productive nutrient medium, containing carbohydrate and nitrogen source and mineral salts, with the prepared inoculation mycelium.
