FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: radiopharmaceutical preparation 99mTs - Technetril, with activity 555 NBq is introduced to patients with symptoms of hidden coronary insufficiency. Heart scintigraphy is performed. Myocardial blood flow is calculated by the following formula: Mbf=Sm/Si·MV100/MW (ml/min/100 gr), where Mbf is myocardial blood flow, Sv is sciltillation score of fixed by myocardium RPP, Si is sciltillation score of introduced RPP, MV is minute volume of cardiac output, MW is myocardium weight. If index of myocardial blood flow reduced below 60 ml/min per 100 grams of myocardial tissue at rest, hidden coronary insufficiency is detected.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase myocardial blood flow quantitatively in non-invasive way.;2 ex, 7 dwg
