The method involves temporally searching breading season of animals completely independent of agricultural processing i.e. mowing, and marking the found animals with signal releasing devices. Receiving- and control devices operated by support personnel are utilized at edges of surfaces to be processed for implementing the processing. Signals of the signal releasing devices are received by the receiving- and control devices. Locations of the animals are provided to the support personnel by the signals so that the processing is freely performed after the animals are secured. The animals are marked by sender/transponder that is formed as semi-active radio frequency identification (RFID) tags. An independent claim is also included for a device for detecting animals hidden in agricultural fields and -meadows and breeding grounds for farming and plant cultivation.
