The implant (1) has a distal end for implanting in a jawbone and a proximally accessible twisting or anti-twisting plate structure in an implanted condition. The twisting or anti-twisting plate structure is concave or convex curved in a section perpendicularly to an axle along a circumferential line. The surface of twisting or anti-twisting plate structure has concave or convex circular arc sections in the section perpendicularly to the implant axle. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an implant system with an assembly part; and (2) an assembly set with a thread.
