The implant has an intra-ossal anchor-base including a blocking conical proximal section (2) whose proximal outer end (2a) is connected to a supporting pillar for a prosthetic tooth. The anchor-base includes a fixing and centering cylindrical distal section (1) extended by the proximal section (2), where one of the sections is provided with two helicoidal threads (21) whose depth is increased from the outer end (2a) to a distal end (1b) of the section (1). The section (1) has tapping notches constituted of a longitudinal recess (10) defined by two perpendicular faces.
