The screw (1) has a threaded distal portion (2) comprising a conical envelope whose section increases from a distal end of the portion toward a proximal end of the portion. The distal portion includes a thread (8) whose proximal edge is inclined toward a proximal side of the screw by being brought closer to the proximal side of the screw from a radially inner zone of the proximal edge toward a radially outer zone of the proximal edge. An outer edge of the thread forms a sharp edge with a distal edge of the thread.
