The multilayer film (1) for the production of a decorated injection molded article, comprises a base body formed from a plastic injection mass, and a decorative element, which is arranged on a surface of the base body and includes several layers (4, 5) providing decorative and/or protective layer for the injection molding article, where one of the layers is still not completely hardened in an areawise manner and is radiation-curable. The layer that is not completely hardened comprises aqueous UV-crosslinkable polyurethane resin dispersion or aqueous UV-crosslinkable acrylic resin dispersion. The multilayer film (1) for the production of a decorated injection molded article, comprises a base body formed from a plastic injection mass, and a decorative element, which is arranged on a surface of the base body and includes several layers (4, 5) providing decorative and/or protective layer for the injection molding article, where one of the layers is still not completely hardened in an areawise manner and is radiation-curable. The layer that is not completely hardened comprises an aqueous UV-crosslinkable polyurethane resin dispersion, an aqueous UV-crosslinkable acrylic resin dispersion or an UV-crosslinkable acrylic resin dissolved in organic solvent, which contains 30-40% of solid portions and has a viscosity of 25-75 mPa.s. The aqueous UV-crosslinkable polyurethane resin dispersion contains 50 parts of aqueous dispersion of polyurethane acrylate resin, 50 parts of aqueous dispersion of polyurethane resin, 10 parts of water, 8 parts of isopropanol, 1 part of photoinitiator, 1 part of flow control agent, and 1 part of UV-stabilizer. The UV-crosslinkable acrylic resin dissolved in organic solvent contains 8 parts of methyl ethyl ketone, 2 parts of ethanol, 22 parts of solution of polyacryl acrylate resin (60%) in butyl acetate, 1 part of pyrogenic silicic acid, and 1 part of photoinitiator. The aqueous UV-crosslinkable polyurethane resin dispersion or the aqueous UV-crosslinkable acrylic resin dispersion has a pH value of 6.7. The layer that is not completely hardened is completely and areawisely hardened during irradiation with electromagnetic UV-radiation and/or electron radiation. The energy required for the complete hardening of the layer that is not completely hardened by irradiation is a function of the temperature of the layer, where the required energy has a temperature of 75-85[deg] C and is 300-2000 mJ/cm 2. The multilayer film has a carrier (2), a release layer (3) arranged on the carrier, and a transfer layer (7) arranged on the side of the release layer turned away from the carrier. The transfer layer comprises several layers, where the layer that is not completely hardened is a protective lacquer layer providing the protective layer and/or a decorative layer providing the decoration. The layers of the transfer layer are 5-20 mu m thick, and the layer that is not completely hardened is formed as the protective lacquer layer with a thickness of 3-5 mu m. The multilayer film includes a deep-drawable substrate layer and a stamping foil mechanically fixedly arranged onto the substrate layer. The stamping layer has several layers, which are 20-50 mu m thick and is formed as the protective lacquer layer with a thickness of 15-40 mu m. Independent claims are included for: (1) a method for the production of a decorated injection molded article; (2) a device for areawise hardening a layer that is not completely hardened; and (3) a decorated injection molded article.
