The operation actuator has a stator unit (10a) for providing a control force, where a characteristic influencing unit (11a) is equipped with two flux-conducting elements (12a,13a) for setting a force-displacement curve. The flux-conducting elements are movable relative to each other in an operating direction. The two flux-conducting elements are realized separately from the stator unit. An independent claim is also included for a positioning device.
