The device has an inner nut insert (2) with an internal profile (10) and/or an outer profile (11). The nut insert is moved against another nut insert and a housing unit (1) of a combination nut on a common longitudinal axis. A profile (3) of the former nut insert in profile width and/or a profile shape is different from the outer profile of an outer nut section and/or a profile of the latter other inner nut insert. Outer profiles of the nut inserts are matched to inner profiles of surrounding nut inserts. The former nut insert is aligned in a base assembly using a spring element.
