The arrangement has a ventilator (10) provided with a ventilator housing (14), and a frame structure (12) radially surrounding the ventilator housing. A diaphragm (20) flexibly interconnects the ventilator housing and the frame structure. The diaphragm is attached to a front end (12') of the frame structure such that the diaphragm covers the front end of the frame structure. The diaphragm is attached to a front end (14') of the ventilator housing. The diaphragm is pushed in an axial direction toward the accessible front end of the frame structure.
