The ball thread nut (10) has a sleeve (11) with a thread-shaped ball track (12) on the inner circumference, one or multiple ball entrance- and ball outlet openings (13) for feeding and removing of balls. A split deflecting body (17) is provided which is arranged on the outer circumference of the sleeve and has one or multiple ball tracks which connect the ball entrance openings and the ball outlet openings.
