The device has a detection system (100) i.e. finger scanner system, for detecting technical parameters simultaneously or in time intervals. A component of a communication system is integrated in the detection system. The detection system is connected to a plate (118), and comprises a nano-tube with length dimension of 0.3 to 600 nanometers. The detection system includes electrically conducting materials. A sensor is integrated into the plate, and the communication system has a radio frequency identification-module (200), where the module has a chip, antenna and a connection line. An independent claim is also included for a method for detection and processing biometric and technical data.
