The device has a rail (2) i.e. load-bearing component, provided for multiple trolleys (5) that consist of two current-conducting elements and an isolating profile carrier (9). The isolating profile carrier is fastened in an upper angular point of a pipe (1). Containers (6) are provided at the trolleys, where the containers consist of two bowl segments (8) that are downwardly closed by force of gravity. Joints (3) for the bowl segments are arranged on a rotationally symmetric axle of the pipe.
