The method comprises providing a layer arrangement (100) from a light-sensitive layer (30) for generating a charge during falling light on the light-sensitive layer and a conductive contact layer (20) arranged on the light-sensitive layer, providing a conductor for contacting the conductive contact layer, providing a soldering material for connecting the conductor with the conductive contact layer, preheating the layer arrangement of the conductor and the soldering material at a temperature that lies above 50[deg] and below the melting temperature of the soldering material, arranging the conductor and the soldering material on the conductive contact layer, so that the soldering material is provided between the conductive contact layer and the conductor, heating the conductor at a temperature that lies above the melting temperature of the soldering material, melting the soldering material, cooling and solidifying the soldering material, connecting the conductor with the conductive contact layer, arranging a heat-resistant layer of a strip made of heat-resistant material on the conductor, and pressing a temperature-regulating tool of a thermode onto heat-resistant layer. A strip-shaped layer is used as heat-resistant layer. The temperature-regulating tool is pressed onto the heat-resistant layer with a pressing force of 10-40 N, and is heated at 280-300[deg] C. The layer arrangement is preheated at 80-120[deg] C and the conductor is preheated at 180-200[deg] C. The soldering material has a melting temperature of 210-230[deg] C. An independent claim is included for a photovoltaic module.
