The device has an idle and movable leading reversing roller (9) stored between car-fixed reversing rollers (6, 6'), and a traction cable (7) connected with the idle reversing roller. A car-fixed re-setting device (1) is coupled with the traction cable. An electric cable i.e. loading cable (2), is led over the car-fixed reversing rollers and the idle reversing roller, so that a free end of the electrical cable is moved by moving the idle reversing roller. A spring (13) is arranged in a cabinet (8).
