The system (1) has a frame (5) facing at a base for accommodating a solar module (2) via a carrier e.g. carrier stump (3) and carrier arm (4). The carrier is tiltingly formed opposite to the base. A portion of the carrier is adjusted with a base-side joint e.g. bolt hinge, hinge units, screw connection and bolt. The joint is attached at a carrier flange, which is frictionally or cohesively bonded with the base or another carrier flange in an elevated position of the carrier. The base comprises a finished part made of steel, concrete, reinforced concrete or steel fiber concrete. An independent claim is also included for a method for elevating a solar-technical device.
