The diaper has a receiver i.e. radio frequency identification (RFID) receiver, that is chemically destroyed during moisture or excrement. A signaling system detects the destroyed state of the receiver and displays change of the diaper with contamination, where the diaper is attached to a central alarm system e.g. room emergency call system, baby phone and an emergency call clock provided at a wrist of a maintenance personnel. The alarm system transmits a signal to the receiver at regular intervals, where the receiver detects the transmitted signal until the receiver is destroyed.
